Here is how it works. If you list your property with us, we will put your property on the mls, as well as print advertising. Any cooperating agency will recieve the standard 3% percent commission on the sales price. Longstaff Real Estate will take only 2%. If your home should sell for $800,000.00, that $8000.00 in your pocket, not ours! We will offer the same service as if we were getting 3%.
If you are looking to buy, give us a try. Lets say you found your dream property. The asking price is $500,000.00 and you need to stay under $500K. The owner is holding firm. We will waive 1% percent commission to give you the extra $5000.00 in buying power.
